Q: Where is this event located?
A: Our in-person conference takes place in beautiful downtown Saratoga Springs while simultaneously taking place virtually live on this platform you are on currently on.

Q: Are the sessions being recorded so I can watch later?
A: Yes, sessions are being recorded and will be available for a limited time after the live session ends.
Q: What time are we starting?
A: We start at 9:00am sharp Eastern Time on Wednesday, October 19. The full agenda for all three days can be found at the top of this page – Agenda Page
Catch up to us via the red “Let’s Go” button in the top right of the page.
From there, find your session in the timeline and click “Join”. See you there!
Q: Can I ask questions of the presenters during their sessions?
A: Yes! There’s an Ask the Speaker section on the right side of your screen. Feel free to submit questions there during each session. A CHCANYS staff member is keeping an eye on that Q&A box and relaying the most popular questions to the presenters as time allows.
Q: Is there a recommended internet browser/what are the system requirements?
A: You can check if your system can use the Bizzabo Virtual Experience with our Quick Tech Check.
We recommend that you use Chrome for RE:ignite 2022. We also recommend you disable all pop-up blockers and ad blockers as they might interfere with the broadcast.

Q: I can access a session, but nothing is showing on the broadcast?
A: The platform requires third-party cookies to be enabled and for ad-blockers to be switched off. For more information on how to manage these settings, please click here.
Q: The output device I want to use isn't showing up - how can I fix this?
A: First, check the physical connection to your device, by either unplugging and re-connecting your physical headphones, or toggling Bluetooth on and off.
If you are confident that the output device is connected correctly, check your system preferences to ensure your computer recognizes the device. On a Windows device, click the loudspeaker icon on the bottom right of your screen, and you'll be able to change output device. On a Mac, visit System Preferences > Sound to choose your output devices.
Q: My devices are connected properly, but I can't hear anything!
A: If you're confident everything is connected properly, your devices might be used by another tool or application. Make sure tools like Zoom, Google Hangouts, Go To Meeting etc. have been closed prior to starting the session.
